If your telephone is not working, please email a description of the apparent problem the model and approx year of the phone, we can advise as to possible reasons for the fault.

How it may be repaired and approx cost (though this will be an estimate).

We offer a postal service by mutual agreement. Alternatively arrange to bring it to one of the fairs we stand at.
